Shandong Liyang Industrial & Trade Co.,Ltd founded in 2002 , which is a well-known enterprise specializing in the plastic products’ manufacture and processing in China. Presently, we have a fixed asset of RMB 56 million, a floor area of 76,000㎡.With about 200 staff members and workers (including 12 senior artisans and 27 technicians), 3 native-produced large injection molding machines from 10,000g to 45,000g in weight and 1,800T to 2,800T in clamping force(which is made by Haitian Co.) , and 4 other injection molding machines,we mainly produce kinds of plastic trays by adopting internation advanced method, that is ,one-time injection molding .These products include cargo rack series,standard series, ultra-light series,large-sized turnover box |
series, other large-sized plastic.Our superb plastic products are ideal substitutes for wooden products in conformity with the standard of national environmental protection and all of their technological indications reach the GB/T15234-94 standard. Hence, we have passed the certificate of ISO9001:2000(international quality system).
Our environmental protection plastic trays are new products used in material storage and transit.With the advantages of light weight ,stability, beautiful outline ,good integrity,nonnail, non-stitch, no toxicity ,no odor, resistance to acid and alkali, corrosion-proof, prevention of bacteria reproduction, easy ablution, inflammable ,nonstatic ,no spark , antiknock, slip resistance ,high recycling value and long durability (5-7 times as that of wooden trays)compared to steel and wooden trays,they are good helpers of conveying and warehousing and are widely applied to the fields of chemical,petrochemical,foodstuff,beer/beverage,aquatic, pharmaceutical,tobacco,fodder,apparel,shoemaking, electronics & electric appliances ,glass,port, wharf and etc.In short ,they are necessary tools used in packaging, warehousing and exporting needed in modern transportation.
